Judith (Judy) F. Ladd, 70 Windham-Judith F. Ladd, 70, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Judy was born on May 16, 1947, in Rumford and was the daughter of the late Basil and Leona (Boothby) Spaulding. She attended Mexico High School, graduating in the class of 1966. Judy loved her family dearly and they meant the world to her especially her granddaughters Crystal, Alivia and Grace. Judy had a daycare in her home for many, many years. She cherished time spent at her camp on Garland Pond in Byron. Along with her parents, Judy was predeceased by her husband, Raymond F. Ladd, sister, Linda J. Mooney and sister-in-law Patricia Wescott. She is survived by her children, Raymond Ladd and wife Ruth Marlaine Corn of Naples, Scott Ladd and fiancé Carol Hall of Naples, and Kurt Ladd of Windham; granddaughters Crystal, Alivia, and Grace Ladd; and great-grandchild, Ryan Cummings and her beloved dog Sophie. Also surviving are her siblings Nancy J. Wescott of Buxton; Patricia Robinson and husband Tom of Buxton, and Shane Spaulding and wife Rosemarie of Eustis, sister-in-law Julie Tucker and husband Larry of Thorndike, brother-in-law Robert Ladd and wife Cindy, of Standish, brother-in-law Robert Mooney of Steep Falls, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2pm at the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Road, Windham, ME 04062 where a period of visitation will be held from 1pm until the time of service. Interment will take place in the spring at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook.
