Portland - Joseph H. Perreault  Jr.,49, of Dennett St. passed away Friday morning at his home, after a battling cancer for many months. He was born in Portland, the son of Joseph H. and Claudette Caron Perreault. He was raised and educated in Portland and was a graduate of Deering High School. Joe was employed as a machinist at the Nichols Co., he later was employed by Lee Dodge and Quirk Chevrolet as an auto mechanic.  There wasn't anything Joe could not fix. He enjoyed spending time with his son and his dad, Joe Sr.  He enjoyed working on cars and playing the guitar. He was predeceased by his dad Joseph in January of this year. He is survived by his mother Claudette of Portland, his son Joseph H. III of Portland, sister Cathy and husband Jeff Chappell of Poland Spring, 3 brothers Michael and wife Shelly of Charlotte, N.C., David of Gorham, Patrick and wife Debbie of South Portland, ex-wife and friend Patrice Perreault, 7 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews.   Many thanks to the Oncology Department at Mercy Hospital for their care.
