WINDHAM - Joseph Andrew Martin, 61, of Windham, ME, passed away peacefully at his home on April 2, 2025, after a brief illness. Joe was born in Worcester, MA on July 6th, 1963 and was a graduate of Bartlett High and Central New England College. He grew up on Webster Lake and loved fishing and golfing. He worked for ZaJac LLC for 31 years as the Director of Packaging. Joe made a big impact in the recovery community and was proud of the work and connections he made along the way. Joe is survived by his wife of 34 years, Grace Martin, and their sons, Mike Moore (and wife Jill Sinagra Moore), and Matthew Martin (and fiancee Kayci Mero), and daughter Tricia Lesniewski (and husband Ian Lesniewski). He is also survived by his four loving sisters, Denise Powiliatis (and husband Gerry Powiliatis), Terry Gingras (and husband Tom Gingras), Kathy Nelson, and Debbie Lucier (and husband Jonathan Lucier). Joe leaves behind six grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father, Leo Martin, mother Patricia Martin, and brother Michael Martin. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 2p.m. at Cornerstone Church, 48 Cottage Road.,Windham, ME. Burial will be private.
