Portland – Joseph F. Belanger, 68, died on July 25, 2017, at the Baron Center. He was born in Portland, on June 25, 1949, the son of J. Alexander and Hazel (Chambers) Belanger.
Joseph is predeceased by his parents and sister.
Burial will be private at Hillside Cemetery in Gorham.
