Portland - Johanne Georgia (Gibbs) Randall, 79, died on December 5 after a short illness. She was born on March 16, 1946 in Portland, the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth (Gill) Gibbs. She attended Portland Catholic schools until her sophomore year and then graduated from Portland High in 1964. She married the late Theodore Randall in 1966 and they raised their family in Windham. She spent her time with her family while her children were growing up, and then worked in retail and office administration after that until she retired. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with and traveling with her daughters and grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her spouse, Theodore Randall and nephew, Steven Snow. Surviving are her daughters, Denise Randall and her partner, David Howard, of New Gloucester; Allison Gazzelloni and her husband Tom, of Windham; grandsons Julian Gazzelloni and his wife Katherine, of Lewiston, Jordan Gazzelloni of Windham, sister Rita (Gibbs) Snow of Gray, niece Heather (Snow) Winslow and her husband, Anthony, of Gray, and their sons Cooper Winslow of Portland and Brady Winslow of Gray. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family sincerely thanks Hospice of Southern Maine for their support and care. Visiting hours will be held 11AM -1 PM on Thursday, December 11 at the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Road in Windham. Private burial will be in the spring.
