Biddeford – Jody Ann North, 60, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born on March 22, 1956 to Beverly and Logan Drown. Jody had her master's degree in nursing and spent several years pursing her career traveling across the country. Her favorite destination was a prison in Hawaii. She loved to read, take photography, knit, cross stitch and crochet. She was a talented artist. She is survived by her mother, Beverly (Verrill) Drown, sister, Judy and her husband Lee Tubbs all of Windham, as well as her daughter Michelle Alberti, her husband David and children Meghan and Ryder and a son Paul Logan Shoop and his wife Melinda and children Kara and Logan Charles. She also had a very special friend, Mimi from North Carolina. She was predeceased by her father, Logan I. Drown in 2002. A private memorial service will be held at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, Windham. Memorial donations in Jody's honor may be made to the Scarborough Police Department, Operation HOPE, Heroin-Opiate Prevention Effort.
