Joann V. Greenlaw, 63, of Scarborough, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2013, at a Portland hospital. Her determination and resilience have been an inspiration to those who know and love her. She was born and raised in South Portland, graduating from South Portland High School.  She later attended the University of Southern Maine where she received her Bachelor of Social Work. Joann worked as a social worker and did case management for local agencies.  She enjoyed reading, sewing, fishing, and traveling.  She also enjoyed going to the beach and loved to spend time with her family and friends. A celebration of her life will be held from 1 to 3 PM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.  On line condolences may be expressed at blaisandhayfuneralhome.com.
