Scarborough   Jennifer Maureen Carroll 38, went to be with the Lord August 1, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born November 10, 1977 in Plattsburgh, NY. At a very young age she was diagnosed with severe CP and Epilepsy. Jennifer moved to Klearview Manor in 1981. She attended and graduated from Lawrence High School in 1998.             Jennifer enjoyed being in the band, volunteering at day cares, therapeutic horseback riding and a trip to Disney at her time at Klearview. In 1999 Jennifer moved to Casa in Scarborough so she would be close to family. She loved to go swimming, enjoyed special day programs at Morrison Center, church, attending local activities at schools, many BBQ's, birthday parties, loved music and Christmas. She loved spending time with family and her mother was her favorite singer. She was always happy, joyful and loved all her caretakers and friends at Casa.             She was predeceased by her grandparents Patrick and Mary Carroll of Maine, Kong and Come Laosungnern of Thailand. Survived by parents Daniel Carroll of Scarborough and Mark and Cheang Libby of Portland, Sisters Kansika Horawet of Thailand, Jessica Damien Reynolds of Scarborough, Jessica Nason of Westbrook and Andrea Scott Raynor of Windham. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.             The family would like to thank all the staff at Casa, all the staff at Morrison Center, internal medicine team at MMC as well as the R6 nurses and staff, Jess, Chris, Ben and Hospice for taking the best care of our girl. We will be forever grateful for the life she lived.             Services and funeral to be held at Blais & Hay Funeral Home 35 Church St. Westbrook, ME. Visiting hours Friday August 5 between 6 and 8 pm. Funeral service Saturday August 6 at 11 am. She will be laid to rest at Evergreen Cemetery Portland, ME.
