Lewiston Jean Carol Morrell Crockett, 83, died Wednesday April 26, 2023, at her home. She was born December 11, 1939, in Windham, a daughter of Philip and Arline (Burnell) Morrell. Jean grew up in Windham and attended local schools. She was a dedicated mother, raising six children, and enjoyed a career personal care assistant. One of her greatest passions was dancing and teaching dance. Jean will be remembered as a very generous person willing to help anyone with a great sense of humor. She is survived by her children, Brenda Akers, Bruce Akers, Daniel Crockett, Donald Crockett, Debra Crockett, and Davey Crockett; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held Friday May 5, from 5:00 – 7:00PM at the Windham Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee, 434 River Road, Windham.
