Jane Elaine Mucci—Standish—Jane Elaine Mucci, of Standish, died Sunday, May 22, 2016 at her home. She was born in Portland on November 15, 1947, the daughter of Clinton and Gladys Adams Norberg. Jane was a graduate of Westbrook High School. In 1968 she married William Mucci who survives her. Together they celebrated 47 years of marriage. Jane belonged to the Wildridge Garden Club of Standish. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, painting with water colors, painting, making dried floral wreaths, canning and camping, and loved to visit family and friends. She had a very outgoing personality and made friends everywhere she went. Jane was a beautiful person who always was loving and giving. She enjoyed decorating and taking care of her grandson. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Ralph Norberg. Besides her husband William she is also survived by her son Steven Mucci and his wife Donna of Hollis, daughter Kelly Ouellette and husband Normand of Windham, sisters, Fern and husband John Johnson of Windham, Nancy and husband Jeff Roderick of North Berwick, Cindy and husband Richard Jackson of Standish and grandson, Gabriel Ouellette, several nieces, nephews and her cat Precious. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 2 from 6-8 p.m. at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham where a memorial service will be held on Friday, June 3 at 10 a.m. with burial to follow at Brooklawn Memorial Park, Outer Congress Street, Portland.
