Jacqueline Boothby, 86, of Oakland Ave., Westbrook, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her home. She was born in Eagle Lake, the daughter of Hector Gagnier and Mary (Freeman) Gagnier. Jacqueline worked as a salesperson selling home products for many years. She loved the outdoors, fishing and picking blueberries & fiddleheads. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She and her husband Dick enjoyed bowling, square dancing, and traveling together for many years. They also spent several winters in Florida. She is survived by her children Daniel Mazerolle and his wife Bonnie of Buxton, Allen Mazerolle of Falmouth, Jan Mazerolle of Westbrook, Geraldine Mazerolle of Sanford, and Michelle Mazerolle of Westbrook; her step children Richard R. Boothby and his wife Janice of Scarborough, Larry C. Boothby and his wife Jean of Port Washington, WI, and Bonnie Rand and her husband Bruce of Scarborough; 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. A visiting hour will be held from 10 to 11 AM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM.
