WINDHAM—Jack E. Gilman, 73, died unexpectedly on May 28, 2020, just two days after the love of his life's passing, Priscilla Gilman. Jack was born in Portland on March 19, 1947, a son of Glendon and Virginia (Taylor) Gilman. After graduating from Windham High School, Jack received technical training and worked as a machinist for Sylvania for several decades before his retirement. He loved the outdoors and shared that passion with his wife; together they enjoyed boating on Sebago, Harley rides and being poolside with the grandchildren. They also shared common interests such as gardening cooking and canning; they did everything together and were inseparable. Jack was also an avid hunter and fisherman. Jack is survived by his daughters, Beth Gilman of Lewiston and Rhonda Davis of Windham; brothers, James and Donald Gilman of Windham; grandchildren, Derek and Robert Gilman, Jenelle Boulanger of Raymond, Angela Lyon of Raymond, and Stephanie McLaughlin of Windham; and great grandchildren, Drew and Luke Boulanger of Raymond, Dominic and Gabriel Lyon of Raymond, and Grace Mclaughlin of Windham. He was predeceased by his wife, Priscilla Gilman, and his son, Jeff Gilman. At Jack's request there will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Rd., Windham, Maine.
