Gloria B. Cote, 89, formerly of Westbrook, passed away peacefully with family at her side on Monday, June 13, 2016 at her home in Casco at Country Village. She was born and raised in Westbrook, the daughter of Eugene and Rose (Tanguay) Boucher. Gloria worked in the office at Sebago Moc for several years. She was a communicant of St. Hyacinth Church throughout her lifetime and was very involved with church activities. She was also a member of the Daughters of Isabella. Gloria enjoyed doing arts and crafts, and decorating, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family,grandchildren and great grandchildren. Gloria was predeceased by her husband of 53 years Arthur J. Cote in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Nancy and husband Paul Lamb of Salem, NH; sons Ronnie Cote and Jim Cote, both of Westbrook; her sisters Cora and husband James Harris, and Germaine McAtee, all of Westbrook; grandchildren Joel Cote and wife Tracy of Gray, Jared Lamb and fiancé Siobhan of Salem, NH, and Jessica Lamb and fiancé Reuben of Concord, NH; great grandchildren Madelyn and Mason Cote of Gray, and Nathan,Teagan and Nolan Lamb of Salem, NH. The family wishes to send special thanks to Biny and all of her staff at Country Village for their loving support & care to Gloria and her family Visiting hours will be from 4 to 6 PM Sunday, June 19, at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM Monday, June 20, at St. Hyacinth Church (St. Anthony's Parish) followed by interment in St. Hyacinth Cemetery.
