George L. Nash Sr. 82, of Windham, ME, passed away Monday, August 31, 2015 at Avita in Westbrook.   George was born in Rockport, Maine, the son of Frank Sr and Ruth (Crockett) Nash and graduated from Westbrook High School.  He later served his country in the U.S. Navy.  He attended Coyne Electrical School and graduated from Northeastern University.   George had a long career as an electrical engineer in the Boston and Cambridge, MA area. He was an avid golfer, bowler, and competitive horseshoe player.   He was predeceased by his wife Demetra (Chantiles) Nash; a brother William Nash; and sisters Natalie Noyes, Virginia Thompson, and Sally Laite.   George is survived by a daughter Patricia MacEachern and her husband Jim of Derry, NH; sons George Nash and his wife Kathleen of Pennington, NJ, and Paul Nash and his wife Susan of Ashland, MA; three brothers, Frank Nash Jr, Harold Crockett, and Warren Gilman; and seven grandchildren, James MacEachern, Abigail, Conor, Luke, Marissa, Derek, and Alexis Nash.   Visiting hours will be from 5 to 8 PM Thursday at Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 Main St., Randolph, MA and from 4 to 7 PM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook, ME.
