Florence Turgeon Rinaldi

March 11, 1931 – February 19, 2026

Florence Turgeon Rinaldi, 94, of Gorham, Maine, passed away on February 19, 2026.

She was born in Westbrook, Maine, the fourth of five children of Ovide J. Turgeon and Aldea Aube Turgeon, who predeceased her. She passed on the 28th anniversary of the death of her only sister, Rita Turgeon Dumbrocyo.

Florence graduated from Cathedral High School in 1949. At the age of nineteen, she moved from Gorham, Maine to Connecticut for employment. She retired from Otis Elevator following many years of service. After the death of her beloved husband, Joseph Rinaldi, she returned to Gorham in 2013 to be closer to her family.

She is survived by Linda Stevens; Paula Kerkensen; Beth Ann and Ed Reny; Walter Stevens and Kim; Jennifer and Rick Beaumont and their sons, Zachary and Owen; Kerin and Mike Arsenault and their children, Lauren, Justin, and Dan; Kris and Jennifer Kerkensen and their children Addison and Gavin.

In accordance with Florence’s wishes, there will be no services.
