Windham – Erica Marie Foster, 35, died on April 16, 2016. She was born in Portland, on June 12, 1980, the daughter of Katherine A. Foster. Erica grew up in the Portland area and attended local schools. Erica meet her soul mate, Michael Coffill at a young age. The couple has been together since their early teens, and have three beautiful children together. For most of her adult life, Erica was a stay at home mom, taking care of her children, who meant the world to her. She just recently began working as a baker overnight. Erica loved to try new things, whether it was a recipe, or just simply an item at the grocery store marked "NEW" she wanted to try it. Erica could talk anyone's ear off, turning any causal "run in" with a friend or acquaintance into a 45 minute conversation. A good mother, friend, and companion, Erica will be missed by all who knew her. Erica is survived by her significant other of over 21 years, Michael Coffill; children, Andrea Daiego and her significant other Nathan Bradstreet, Antonia "Toni" Dadiego, and Michael Dadiego, all of Windham; mother Katherine Foster of Windham; father Kenneth Foster of Gorham; siblings, Allan Walsh, Sr. of Portland, Barbara Huntington of Lewiston, and Kenneth Walsh of Lewiston; and many other loving family members. A visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Rd., Windham. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Salvation Army, 67 Park St., Lewiston.
