Elsie G. Secord, 98, of Pennell St., Westbrook, passed away Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 at the Barron Center. She was born and raised in Raymond, the daughter of Herman and Evelena (Small) Verrill.  Elsie enjoyed knitting, sewing, and going to garage and yard sales. Elsie was predeceased by her husband George Raymond Secord and two daughters, Charlotte Gilbert and Betty Billings.  She is survived by her sons Kenneth Secord of Windham and Michael Secord of Standish; her daughters Gloria Fowler and Jean Bernier, both of Westbrook; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
