Elliott (Mitch) Mitchell of Westbrook passed in his sleep on Sunday, October 5th. He was born on March 21, 1926, he was 88 years old. He was in the Seabees during World War II. He had BS in Accounting, and worked at Lucas Tree, SMVTI for over 20 years, Indian Education, Mailings by George. He was a lifelong learner and loved family functions, reading, playing cards with the family, seafood, painting, sports, following politics, volunteering for different organizations. He made many interesting friends. He had lots of good times and learned many lessons. Survived by his loving family, his wife Glenys Mitchell of 66 years, children Barbara and George Whitlock, Betty and Edward Jordan, Ricky and Dawn Mitchell, Belinda and Paul Saulle, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. There will be a celebration of life gathering at 293 Sokokis, Limington (Saulle Residence) Saturday October 11th anytime between 10 and 4.
