Westbrook Eleanor Mae Hawkes, 98, died peacefully February 3, at Springbrook Healthcare. She was born May 17, 1924, in Portland a daughter of Harry and Lottie Bell (Leighton) Winship. She was predeceased by her loving husband, George Hawkes; daughter, Sandra Crawford; and grandson, Stephen Crawford. Eleanor was survived by her daughters, Sharon Hamilton and her husband Ken, and Sheila Dorr; five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Saturday May 20th at the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby, Blais & Segee, 35 Church Street, Westbrook. An hour of visitation will be held before the service. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Gorham. Donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association
