WINDHAM—Doris E. Drew, 81, of Windham, died at Central Maine Medical Center on July 24, 2017. She was born on April 29, 1936, a daughter of Walter and Eva (Sanders) Plummer. She grew up in Gorham and attended Windham High School. She worked for Saunders Brothers in Westbrook for many years as well as the Porteous Warehouse prior to their closing. She was also employed at Marden's Warehouse in Portland. Doris will be remembered as a fun woman who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Known as "Pink Lady" on the CB, she enjoyed racing snowmobiles and could be seen riding her fully dressed, pink Harley Davidson. An animal lover, she was the "fun aunt" who loved her nephews as her own children. She is survived by her sister, Bertha Wentworth; nephews and nieces, Bruce Plummer, Tim Plummer and his wife, Machelle, Kenny Plummer Jr., Shelly Plummer, Don Plummer, and Corey Plummer; great nieces and nephews, Jeffrey Smith, Justin Smith, Joshua Plummer, Dylan Plummer, Caitlyn Plummer, Megan Plummer, and Kenny Plummer. She was predeceased by her brothers, Kenny Plummer and Rodney Plummer; a brother in law, Robert Wentworth; and nephews Larry Plummer and Lester Plummer.
