Saco-Doris Claudia Cloutier-Gervais, 80, died Friday, May 25, 2019 at Springbrook Nursing Home in Westbrook. She was born on February 20, 1939 in Biddeford a daughter of Joseph and Marie (Boulet) Cloutier. Doris graduated from Thornton Academy in 1958. She worked with horses, appreciated country and western music, Peanuts cartoons and had a strong, contagious laugh that would cause others to launch into deep belly laughs. Doris is predeceased by her husband, Lucien Gervais who passed on January 2, 2019 and eight siblings, Edwin Ivan Cloutier, Juliette Marion Danforth, Gerard Joseph Cloutier, Andre Lindenburg Cloutier, Marie Cecile Cloutier, Marie Jeannine Bruner, Paul Raoul Cloutier, and Joseph Raymond Cloutier. She is survived by her two sons, Mark Gervais and his wife Lyn, and Bruce Gervais, a sister, Jeanette Madeleine Frenette, numerous nieces and nephew; 3 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services for Doris will be private. Arrangements are in the care of the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 35 Church Street, Westbrook.
