Gorham – Donna L. Stevenson, 75, died on April 24, 2017. She was born in Portland, on March 13, 1942, the daughter of Earl and Leola (Duggin) Foote. Donna grew up in Portland and was a graduate of the Portland High School. She married her husband, Vernon Stevenson, in 1972, and together they cared for their blended family of 11. Spending time with her family gave Donna the most joy. She was so proud of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Donna also enjoyed trips to the casino and playing Bingo with her friends. She is survived by her children, Stephen Morin and wife Trixi of IN, Kimberly Lavigne and significant other, Tavis Williams of Westbrook, Michelle Sullivan and fiancé Steven Miller of Saco, and Darren Stevenson of Portland; step-children, Terri Aaskov, Vern Stevenson, Jr. and wife Jane, Lori Stevenson, and Jeff Stevenson and wife Lisa; grandchildren, Nicholas Lavigne, Marc Lavigne, Danielle Smith, Jared Martin, Toni Stevenson, Jada Stevenson, Dara Snyder, Derrick Morin, Stephanie MacIntyre, and Becca Morin; great grandchildren, Sylas, Layla, Jayden, Carlos, Emma, Evangelina, and Aurora; sisters, Jean Huggard, Jackie Sabatino and Irene Moore; and her best friend Leo Cormier. In addition to her parents, Donna is predeceased by her husband; step-son, Michael Stevenson; and brothers, Earl "Buster" Foote and William "Billy" Foote. Donna will be buried at Forest City Cemetery in South Portland at a later date.
