Westbrook – Donna Lee McLellan, 81, of Constitution Drive, passed away unexpectedly in her home Sunday, June 8, 2025. Born on May 29, 1944, in South Portland, Maine, Donna was the daughter of Ernest Steed Andreasen and Beverly Perry Andreasen. She graduated from South Portland High School and went on to earn a LPN degree from Holy Ghost College in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Donna married her high school sweetheart, Russell Eugene McLellan, and together they shared 56 loving years of marriage. A dedicated and compassionate nurse, Donna spent many years caring for others with grace and commitment. She worked at Shaws and then went to Maine Health Center where she eventually retired. She will be remembered as a kind, generous, and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Family was at the center of her life, and she especially treasured the time she spent with her children and grandchildren and watching their sporting events through the years. You would also see her staying up late watching the Celtics or Patriots games on TV. Donna was predeceased by her beloved husband, Russell, on May 26th, 2020. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy McLellan Desjardin, and son-in-law Allan Desjardin of Gorham; her son, Todd McLellan and future daughter-in law Barbie Floridino of Gray; her grandchildren, Brandon of Scottsdale, Arizona and Brittany Desjardin of Matthews, North Carolina; her sister and brother-in-law, Debra Andreasen McCormick and James McCormick of Windham; her Special Cousins in Massachusetts; and many special nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Dolby, Blaise & Segee Funeral Home, 35 Church Street, Westbrook, ME. Monday, June 16th visiting hours 10:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Brooklawn Memorial Park.
