WINDHAM—Donald E. Cote, 58, passed away April 25, 2020. He we born in Portland, Maine, the son of Harold and Ella (Lunt) Cote on May 2, 1961. Don attended Westbrook schools and after graduation, he worked at Westbrook Spinning Mill, S.D. Warren, and Jordan Meats until it's closing. He also worked at Maine Medical Center. Don loved working in his flower gardens, watching the birds, but most of all, his love and best friend was his dog, Casco. He is survived by his son, Brandon D. Cote of South Portland; his siblings, Larry Cote and his wife Holly of North Carolina, Tamara Grover and her husband Dan of Westbrook, Cathy Santamore of Gorham, and Debra Lunt of Westbrook; one nephew, three nieces, great nieces and one great nephew.
