Denise Marie "Mimi" Thomas (née Allen), 66, of Raymond, ME. passed away at home on February 18, 2024. She was born on December 14, 1957, in Newark, NJ. Denise, known to her loved ones as "Mimi," devoted 37 years to serving as an International Flight Attendant for US Airways. She lived in Revere, MA for many years before meeting her husband Vinny and moving to Maine. They celebrated 30 years of marriage in October. She was a social butterfly who loved to reach out to others. She loved her grandchildren dearly and would go above and beyond just to put a smile on their face. They described her as "cool, beautiful and silly." Her spirited nature, love for laughter, and kind-hearted personality will be dearly missed. Denise is survived by her parents, Lou and Joan Allen, her loving husband Vinny, sister-in-law, Katherine, son Daniel Sean, daughter Kristin, goddaughter Aleksa, her 7 grandchildren Collin, Makai, Kaylei, Bailey, Breena, Taliyah, and Bevin, as well as her brothers Steve and wife Brenda, Rich and wife Johnna, Mike and his late wife Tammy. In her free time, Denise enjoyed crafting, gardening, cooking, listening to music, dancing, and loved being in the sun on Sebago Lake with her friends and family. She adored dolphins and Mickey Mouse! When she got to experience swimming with the dolphins and meet Mickey at Disney she was thrilled. It was a dream come true! A Celebration of Life will be arranged for this summer. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Denise Marie Thomas.
