Deborah Jean Cutler passed away on September 1st, 2023 unexpectedly from complications caused by metastatic adenocarcinoma at the age of 63. She was born June 19th, 1960 to Kenneth and Betty Young in Utica, New York. She attended Whitesboro High School and Oswego State College. In her spare time growing up she was a competitive baton twirler and pageant contestant, winning Miss. Herkimer County Fair queen competition in 1978. A mother of three boys, she poured her heart and time into raising them right and being there for anything they needed. She spent much of her time making crafts, sewing, embroidering, beading and collecting. Truly a wealth of knowledge and professional folk art crafter. She loved the ocean and going to the beach but she loved nothing more than spending time with her sons, daughter in law, granddaughters and dog, Lucy. She had a great sense of humor and sarcasm, and could always make the people around her smile. She leaves behind her three sons, Keith, Chris and Joe, daughter in law Misty and granddaughters, Ashlynn, Gabrielle and Autumn.
