Daniel Andrew (Dan) Willerson Windham - Daniel Andrew (Dan) Willerson, 65, passed peacefully on November 13, 2022 at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. He was born on April 03, 1957, in Portland, ME. Dan is predeceased by his parents, Raymond Sidney Willerson and Alice Mary (Smith) Willerson. Daniel grew up in Falmouth, graduating from Falmouth High School respectively. Always staying close to his roots, he stayed in Falmouth most of his life before moving to Windham, where he lived for the last 10 years. Always one to take things apart (just so he could put them back together again), it was only fitting that he would find his calling at M.S.A.D. 51, where he worked in the Facilities Department for the last 34 years. In his spare time, Dan enjoyed making his way across the street to be with his friends at the barn. Together, they stayed up telling stories into the late hours of the night. He would always be the last one to leave, holding onto those moments as long as possible. Dan is predeceased by his son, Jason Willerson, and brother, Raymond Willerson. Dan is survived by his daughter, Bailey (Willerson) Paradis and her husband, Erik Paradis; step-daughter Hannah Eustis and her husband, Joshua Eustis; brother Thomas Willerson and his wife, Andrea Willerson; and grandson, Dorian Willerson. He will be deeply missed by an abundance of friends and family, whose lives will not be the same without him. There will be a celebration of life for Dan that will be announced in the weeks to come. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to: Gosnell Memorial Hospice House 11 Hunnewell Rd Scarborough, ME 04074 The family would also like to express their appreciation for the staff at Southern Maine Hospice who cared for Dan. They so graciously helped make his last few weeks as peaceful as possible for him.
