DENMARK – Clifford W. Libby, Sr., 77, of Denmark and formerly of Standish passed away on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 in Mechanic Falls. He was born in Standish, a son of Fred H. Libby, Sr. and Mabel J. (Cass) Libby. Clifford attended Standish schools and graduated from high school there. He was a self-employed mechanic his most of his life. Clifford was predeceased by seven brothers and two sisters. Surviving are his sons, Clifford "Chuck" W. Libby, Jr. of Windham and M. Tyler Libby of Westbrook; his daughters, Darlene Brooks of New York and Derinda Ramsey of Westbrook; two sisters, Evelyn Marquis and June Rogers; a brother, Melvin Libby; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 11:30am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00pm on Friday, December 9, 2016 at the Dolby Funeral Chapel, 434 River Road, Windham. Burial to follow at Harding Cemetery, Route 35, Chadbourne Road, Standish. A reception will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at The Silver Spur, 272 Lewiston Street (Route 121), Mechanic Falls.
