Cheryl Lynn West, 65, of North Gorham Rd., Gorham, passed away peacefully Monday, May 01, 2017at home with her family by her side. She was born in South Haven, MI, the daughter of Leo Salwin and Geraldine Tuttle Greenlaw. Cheryl worked as a baker for Hannaford for 25 years and most recently worked with her son-in-law Jim Richards at Don's Lunch in Westbrook. Cheryl enjoyed crocheting and knitting, wind chimes, and she loved watching butterflies. She took great joy in her pets, but mostly cherished her grandchildren; they were the light of her life. She is survived by her mother Geraldine Cole of Portland; her husband Regis West of Gorham; daughters Gerri and husband Jim Richards of Surprise, AZ, and Melissa and wife Alicia Croteau-Pettgrazzio of Gorham; brothers David Greenlaw and Norman Cole, both of Portland; sisters Sherian Small of Portland and Donna Goulet of Wareham, MA; grandchildren Justin Richards, Ashlee McCormack, Amber Richards, Ayden Croteau, Nolan Pettigrazzio, and Kelsie, Paige, and Alison Braley; and a great grandchild Violet Richards.
