Windham- Charlotte A. Plummer of Windham, ME passed away Monday, September 1, 2014 at Springbrook Center after a long illness.   She was born to Joseph and Blanche (Storer) Gallant in Westbrook in1930.  She married Earl R. Plummer in July of 1949 and resided in Windham all of her life. She is survived by four sons, Steve and Marie of Hiram, Wayne and Sally of Hiram, Mark and Donna of Windham, and Gary and Tim of Gorham, and a daughter in law Diane of Westbrook. She is survived by many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren throughout the state of Maine, Florida, and Ohio.   The family would like to thank Springbrook and Maine Medical Center for the care and attention that she received.   A Graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 4, at 1:00 PM, Chase Cemetery, Windham.  Online condolences can be expressed at blaisandhayfuneralhome.com In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Maine Veterans Organization of your choice.
