CASCO—Carolyn Mae Fernald, 83, died Friday March 2, 2018 with her husband of almost 46 years by her side. She was born on September 14, 1934, a daughter of Lewis and Dorothy M. (Weeman) Robinson. Carolyn was a graduate from Potter Academy in the class of 1954. On April 1, 1972, she married Maurice Fernald; together they enjoyed many happy years with each other and their loved ones. She enjoyed quilting, scrapbooking, and puzzles, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Maurice Fernald of Casco; children, Jacalyn Morgan of Louisiana, Wendy Rand of Oklahoma, Susan Leonard and husband Andy of New Gloucester, Stanley Douglass and wife Cheryl of Standish, Leslie Dunn and husband Dave of Buxton, and Rhonda Belmont of Shapleigh; a sister, Ellen Weeks of Cornish; 20 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She is predeceased by her parents, her sister Arlene, and daughter Bernadette. SERVICE RE-SCHEDULED: Carolyn's memorial service has been re-scheduled for Friday March 9, 2018 at 3pm at the Windham Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Rd., Windham, ME 04062.
