Westbrook Carol (Caskins) McNeely Shaw, 73, died Saturday January 13, 2018. She was born November 3, 1944, in Boston, MA, a daughter of John F. and Jean (Carroll) Caskins. Carol grew up in South Boston, and attended local schools. She was an accomplished water color artist with a passion for gardening and a great smile. In addition to her parents Carol was predeceased by her husbands, Bernard McNeely Sr., and Arnold Shaw; and her brother, Terry Caskins. She is survived by her sons, Joseph McNeely of Windham, and BJ McNeely of North Yarmouth; sister Jacklyn Caskins of Porter, TX; cousin, and cousin Pam Hile. Family and friends are encouraged to attend a memorial service for Carol at 2:00PM Friday January 19, at the community room of Larrabee Village, 30 Liza Harmon Dr. Westbrook, ME. Following the service a reception with appetizers and beverages will be held at the Fireside Inn 81 Riverside Street, Portland, ME.
