Carl William Small, 95, of Windham/Clearwater, FL passed away on September 26, 2025. He was born in Livermore Falls, ME on April 25, 1930, son of William and Leona (Beane) Small. He went to Jay and Livermore schools growing up. He eventually moved to Portland, where he became a member of Memorial Seventh Day Advent Church. In 1976 Carl moved to Windham, ME which is where he and his late wife resided most of their lives. They spent their winters in Florida and eventually became full time residents of Florida. Carl married the love of his life, Lois McDonald Small in 1969. They had 52 beautiful years together before her passing in 2021. Carl was predeceased by his wife, parents and siblings; A. Wallace Small, Lawrence Small, Anna May Shardlow, Carroll Small, Harold Small, and Gertrude Crowley. He is survived by his brother, Gerald McCrillis. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 10am at Dolby Blais & Segee, 434 River Road, Windham, ME 04062, with a burial to follow.
