AUBURN—Bruce Richardson, 67, passed away at Central Maine Medical Center on December 27, 2020. He was born February 23, 1953, the first born child of Merton and Barbara (Hybers) Richardson. Bruce was a graduate of Portland High School and furthered his education by taking some college courses. He held several jobs throughout the years including substitute teacher for Westbrook schools. One thing that brought much joy to Bruce was volunteering through a local church during the holiday season by supplying meals to those in need. He was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his siblings, Glen Richardson and his wife Jody, Dona Silver and her husband Norman, Tamie Richardson, Lori Matthews, and Todd Richardson and his wife Margaret; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and his step-father Gerry Petersen and his wife Dot. A burial will take place in the spring at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook. Arrangements are in the care of the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby Blais & Segee, 35 Church St., Westbrook, ME 04092.
