IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Brendon Stephen
Bean
February 25, 1977 – January 14, 2026
Brendon Stephen Bean, 48, of Gray, Maine, was suddenly taken to Heaven on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 at Maine Medical Center.
Brendon was born in Laconia, NH, and moved to Maine in his early twenties where he met and married Sarah Bean, nee Willette. Brendon and Sarah made their home in Gray, Maine, were much in love and soon welcomed their only child, Trinity Eva Bean in 2005. To those who knew Brendon, he was a fiercely devoted husband and father, animal lover, and computer wizard. He was the owner/Principal Geek of Bean Data, the IT Consulting business he founded in 2012.
Brendon grew up loving video games, science fiction books and movies. In his late teens, he played in a metal band, contributing vocals and guitar. He enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, freshwater fishing, watching his daughter play soccer, savoring a properly grilled steak, a fine cigar, and a full-bodied glass of Scotch.
Brendon was preceded in death by his mother, Marjorie Nelson, his father Stephen Bean, and his brother Joshua Frye, whom he adored.
Brendon is survived by his wife, Sarah Bean, his daughter Trinity Bean, of Gray, Maine, his father and mother-in law, Wayne and Stephanie Willette of Windham, his sisters and brothers-in-law, many nieces and nephews, a grand nephew, close friends, and his beloved Shih Tzu companion Thorin Oakenshield.
A Celebration of Brendon's life will be held Saturday January 24, 2026 at Keeley's Banquet Center located at 178 Warren Ave, Portland, ME 04103 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm. All are welcome and the family requests all guests come in casual attire to honor Brendon.
