Westbrook- Berniece "Bunny" Louise Nadeau, 79, passed away on November 13, 2017 at the Barron Center in Portland. The daughter of Norman and Mary (Ireland) Dickinson, she was born in Portland, on April 17, 1938. She enjoyed gardening and digging dandelion greens. She loved playing Bingo, and doing word searches, and was known to do up to five a day. Bunny was known as a "jokester" that could make everybody laugh, this was especially true at the Barron Center. Her main focus was her family and she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was recently predeceased by her son Stephen Goldthwait in June, and also by her brothers William Dickinson, and Richard Dickinson. She is survived by her sons Robert Nadeau Jr., of Rumford, and Michael Nadeau and his wife Deanna, of Falmouth, her daughters, Sharon Travers and her husband Dale, of Westbrook, and Susan Nadeau of Portland, 12 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Debbie Cavanaugh of Brunswick, her brother Fred Dickinson of Gorham, and her sister in law Lillian Wilder, and her husband John of Hollis. Family and friends are invited to attend an hour of visitation on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 10 – 11 AM, at Dolby, Blais & Segee Funeral Chapel, 35 Church St. Westbrook. A funeral service will follow at the funeral home at 11:00 AM followed by interment at St. Hyacinths Cemetery, Westbrook.
