Beatrice V. Pinette, 88, formerly of Westbrook, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at the Maine Veterans Home in Bangor. She was born in Sanford, one of five girls, the daughter of John and Agnes (Richards) Cole.  She graduated from High School in Buxton. Beatrice worked for several years at Herman's Shoe and at Saco Lowell before retiring.  She always enjoyed time with her family and keeping a nice and comfortable home. She was predeceased by her husband Leo Pinette in 2007. Beatrice is survived by her daughter Katherine Wood of Bangor, a sister Barbara Whitehouse, and a grandchild Aaron Cheever. A funeral service will be held at 1 PM Friday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.  Spring burial will be in St. Hyacinth Cemetery.  On line condolences may be expressed at www.blaisandhayfuneralhome.com.
