Barbara S. Sandora, 82     New Gloucester - Barbara S. Sandora, 82, died peacefully at The Androscoggin Hopice House. She was born in Westbook April 6, 1933, the daughter of Howard and Ida Strout.     Barbara retired from Maine Medical Center in  1996. She was also a volunteer driver for Regional Transportation for many years.     In addition to her parents, Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Frank M. Sandora in 1995, her sister Joanne, and brothers Phil and Howard Strout. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter Renee Sandora. She leaves 2 sons, Michael Sandora of South Portland, Marc Sandora and his wife Kim of Portland, a daughter, Patricia Gerber and her husband Mark Gerber; 5 grandchildren, Randy Estes, Rhonda Estes, Anthony Sandora, Kori Sandora, and Brian Sandora. 7 great grandchildren; Ja'kai Gerber, Javanni Gerber, Jiselle Gerber, and Julissa Gerber, Jamil Sharif and Jazlyn Sharif and Matteo Sandora.     The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the staff and volunteers at the Androscoggin Hopice House for their excellent care they provided to Barbara.     Services will be private.
