Barbara Ann Secord, 72, of Provost Dr., Windham previously of Westbrook, passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, at her home. She was born in York, PA, the daughter of Harvey and Verna (Stiles) Stottlemyer. Barbara lived in Westbrook for most of her life and worked at S.D. Warren for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and grandchildren.  She also enjoyed her many trips to the Oxford Casino. Barbara was predeceased by her son Craig, five brothers, and three sisters. She is survived by her husband of 51 years Kenneth of Windham; a son James Bartell; her daughters Cristina and husband Stephen Wescott of Pownal, and Andrea and husband Jeffrey Todd of Westbrook; her grandchildren Jessica Bartell, Riley Bartell, Shane Bartell, Matthew Wescott, and Chandler Todd. Visiting hours will be from 9:30 to 11:00 AM Friday, December 4th followed by a funeral service at 11 AM at Blais and Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.
