Windham Barbara died on February 18, 2017 at Gosnell Hospice Home in Scarborough. She was born on September 27, 1938 in Skowhegan, ME. She was the daughter of Llewellyn and Perdita Williams. She graduated from Williams High School, Oakland, ME in 1956. She worked at Maine Medical Center as a Medical Coder for 35 years. Barbara enjoyed 43 beautiful years of travel with her loving husband, Frank Lypscon. She enjoyed making mittens, baking chocolate chip cookies, reading, going to movies with friends and spending time with her two granddaughters. She had many fun trips with her sister, Merlene on tour buses as well as to Disney World. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank Lypscon, daughter, Kim Gaboury, nephew Chris Williams and parents, Llewellyn "Bill" and Perdita Williams. Surviving are her daughter Jody Cloutier, her husband, Roger and their daughter, Katey of Buxton, ME. Granddaughter, Autumn Poland, her husband, Scott and their son, Quinn of Gorham, ME. Brother, Walter Williams and friend, Sandy of Mt. Vernon, ME. Sister, Merlene Dow and husband, Norman of Albion, ME as well as many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to The Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, 22 Bramhall St Portland, ME 04102. Per Barbara's wishes there will be no funeral service.
