Standish - Amber Nichole Caiazzo, 34, died on December 13, 2016. She was born in Portland, the daughter of Andrew Crandall and Michelle (Libby) Caiazzo. Amber grew up in Windham, and was a graduate of Windham High School, class if 2001. She worked for many years at Portland Center For Assisted Living where she was a very dedicated worked. She was a beautiful girl who put her family above all else. She especially loved her son Donovan and was very proud of him and how kind and smart he is.She was a very loyal friend , daughter and sister. Amber is preceded by her maternal grandparents, Richard and Yvonne Libby and paternal grandfather, Salvatore Caiazzo. Amber is survived by her her son, Donovan Caiazzo; mother, Michelle Caiazzo and her domestic partner, Oscar Rodson of Standish; father, Tony Caiazzo, who helped raise her from the age of six of Windham; a brother, Anthony Caiazzo and partner Brandyn Bailes of Westbrook; sisters, Cerise Kuczewski and husband David of Gorham and Rochelle Caiazzo ; nephew, Roman Kuczewski; her meme; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Her Mother would like to reach out and thank everyone for their kind words about her daughter. In lieu of flowers, she would like a contribution in her daughter's memory put into an account for her son Donovan for his future.
