Alban (Ben) Bilodeau, 79, of Saco St., passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at St. Joseph Manor after a long illness. He was born inWestbrook, January 31, 1933, the son of Armand and Eva Lavoie Bilodeau. He lived in Westbrook all his life and went to Westbrook schools. He was a communicant of St. Hyacinth Church. Alban served in the U.S. Navy aboard the Battleship Missouri during the Korean War He retired from S.D. Warren Paper Co. after 37 years of employment. Alban was predeceased by his mother and father, a sister Gloria Crockett, and a brother Roland Bilodeau. He is survived by a son Michael A. Bilodeau of Westbrook; a stepchildren Mark, Mary, and Billy and their mother Patricia Bilodeau; a brother Paul Bilodeau of Westbrook; and a sister Joan Hanscom of Sanford. A visiting hour will be held Monday June 18 from 9-10 AM followed by a funeral service at 10 AM at Blais and Hay Funeral home 35 Church Street, Westbrook.
