WINDHAM - Alan David Nexon, 57, passed away unexpectedly June 4, 2017, at his lake home in Windham. Alan was the treasured son of Elinor Pilgram, of Agoura Hills, Calif., and the late Phillip Nexon, of Guilford, Conn. Raised in Wayland, Mass., Alan graduated from The Rivers School and the University of Maine Orono, and was employed at TD Bank, Lewiston. He is survived by his mother; his late father's wife, Linda; siblings Jill Berman, of Coral Gables, Fla.; Cindy (Peter Filsinger), of Agoura Hills, Calif.; Mark (Michelle), of Arlington, Va.; and Kate, of NYC; nephews, Zack, Ben and Jack; "favorite" niece, Abby; and his beloved pups, Kenzie and Griffin. Alan was one of the kindest men we have ever known. He was funny and sarcastic. He loved the Boston Red Sox, his family and his pets. We will miss him always. Memorial services to be held Sunday, June 11, at 11 a.m. at his home. Please, no flowers.
