Our beautiful son Adam passed away peacefully in our arms March 28, one day after his second birthday, after a yearlong battle with brain cancer. His mother and father are Adam and Megan Chambers of Windham. He leaves behind his loving grandparents Keith and Kathy Cummings, Lisa and Dick O'Brien and Tom Chambers and Pam Lane, his great grandparents Duane and Trudy Cummings and Priscilla and Clark Boudreau. We were so blessed to have Adam for a son. His big blue eyes and giant smile made our hearts melt. Adam inspired us to love more and help others. He also inspired many people from his facebook page "Angels for Adam". We love you baby boy, fly high.
