Walter C. Haycock, 82, of Westbrook, passed away Friday, February 21, 2014 at his home.   Graveside services will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, Westbrook, followed by a reception at the Highland Lake Grange Hall.
