Thomas E. Elliott, 55 passed away Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at the Gosnell Hospice House. The son of Karyl and stepfather Carl Waite, we are comforted with the knowledge he has gone to be with the Lord. He attended Prides training school in South Portland, ME. Tommy was a special needs man that touched many lives in a memorable way. He was a blessing to many who knew him. Tommy loved his roommates and his supporting staff at his group home in Kennebunk, ME. He leaves behind his brothers Timothy Elliott from Manchester, NH, Todd Elliott from Newport, NH, a sister Kerri Elliott from Fort Myers, FL, and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 2 PM Thursday at Blais & Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook.  Everyone is welcome to join the family at the Country Buffet in South Portland following the service.
