Roland Theodore Arsenault , 81 Formally of Standish, Maine Born June 25, 1931, Roland passed away peacefully at a local nursing home on Friday. He grew up in Westbrook, Maine with his parents Theodore and Jeanette Arsenault.  Roland was a long time employee of SD Warren Paper Company from which he later retired.  Roland enjoyed family trips, especially the ones to StoryLand and spending time with his family. Roland is predeceased by his wife, Nancy Arsenault, an infant son, David, his parents and a grandson, Daniel.  He is survived by his second wife, Shirley Arsenault. He leaves behind his children Linda Thorne and her husband Jim, Terry Ward and her husband Wayne, Nancy Ward and partner Steve, Paul Arsenault and his wife Pamela, Carol Arsenault, Fran Labon, Elaine Ward and her husband David, Jeffery Arsenault and his wife Mary, and Robert Arsenault and his wife Michelle.  Roland leaves behind 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  Roland is also survived by a brother Albert and sisters Theresa and Germaine. Per Roland's request only a graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2012, 10am at Woodlawn Cemetery in Westbrook, Maine. Blais and Hay Funeral Home, 35 Church Street, Westbrook is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
