"Don't Bawl, just Call Pops" WINDHAM-- Robert W. "Bob" Rickett Sr., 82 of Windham, Maine passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday March 22, 2017 after a long illness. Bob was born in Portland, Maine on September 20, 1934 the son of Charlotte Fillinger and Louis Muridean. Bob worked as a plastering contractor for nearly 50 years throughout Maine. Upon retirement, Bob enjoyed traveling and residing in the warmer climates. He had a particular fondness for the Arizona and Nevada areas. Bob enjoyed playing cards, traveling around the country, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bob was predeceased by his parents, his son Timothy, his brother Carl Jr., ex-wife Marie, and grandson Robert James. He is survived by his children, Robert Jr. and wife Jayne of Windham, daughter Shirleen Keefe and husband Lyle from Ocala, FL, daughter Brenda Risbara of Windham, son Keith and his wife Boni from Ocala, FL, son Kris and his partner Judi of Freeport, son Kyle and his wife Sandy of Windham. He is also survived by his grandchildren Kevin, Dana, Kaitlyn, Kettric, Keith Jr., Kody, Joshua, Kristen, Samantha and Sarah, and his great grandchildren Zack, Kaiden, Reed, Finley, and Kinsley, a sister Nancy Buxton of Windham, and many in-laws, nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service on Monday March 27th from 2 – 6 pm at the Little Meeting house on Roosevelt Trail in North Windham. Burial will be private.
