Peter J. Foley, 70, of Westbrook, formerly of Portland and California, died Saturday October 26, at the Springbrook Health Care. He was born in Portland a son of Thomas J. and Helen Driscoll Foley. He was raised and educated in Portland, until reaching the 8th grade, when he moved to California with his family. Peter served in the U. S. Army as a medic.  After serving his country Peter resided in California, where he was a licensed painting contractor.  He was a perfectionist at his trade.   He returned to Westbrook several years ago. He is survived by 2 brothers, George Foley of Westbrook and Peter's twin, Paul Foley of Portland and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Thursday Nov. 7, at 10:00 a.m., at the Blais & Hay Funeral Home 35 Church St. Westbrook.  Interment with military honors will follow in St. Hyacinth Cemetery.  For online condolences go to; blaisandhayfuneralhome.com
