Westbrook- Lucille Marie Harriman, 85, passed away in Portland on March 22, 2018. The daughter of Philip and Bernadette (Pomerleau) LeBel, she was born in Portland on December 8, 1932, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. She grew up in Westbrook attending St. Hyacinth School and Westbrook High School. After graduation from high school she earned her associates degree from Gray's Business College in Portland. She worked for several years for the telephone company, starting in Westbrook and then transferring to Portland. She finished her career in the maintenance department at S.D. Warren Company in Westbrook. She married Clyde Ames Harriman Jr. and they settled in Westbrook to raise their family. Lucille and Clyde enjoyed traveling together, especially to Hawaii. She also enjoyed gardening, and her pet cats. She loved get-togethers with family and friends. She enjoyed spending time with her twin sisters Annette and Jeannette, her brother Raymond and Bernadette, her godchild. Her favorite holiday was Halloween and she often dressed in a witch's costume. She exercised regularly, walking and at the gym. She was quite artistic whether it be decorating a cake, or painting a picture. Her pretty smile will be missed by all. She was predeceased by her husband Clyde. She is survived by her sons Mark and John Harriman of Westbrook. She is also survived by her brother Raymond E. LeBel of Brunswick, her sisters Annette Casale, and her husband Frederick of Portland and Jeannette Profenno, and her husband Louis of Portland, and 2 nieces and many nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Westbrook Chapel of Dolby, Blais, & Segee, 35 Church St.
